Construction:
IDEON's unique Steel Rail system creates a robust, durable understructure that withstands even the toughest environments.
Extra strength monofilament webbing suspension platform features high resilient & high density foam to create comfort and rebound in a low-profile cushion. All fabrics, vinyl and/or leathers, and resilient filling material offered by IDEON meet TB-117.

Modular Assembly of rails + components makes field replacement of components simple, extending product lifecycle. Each component is locked in place using multiple 5/16th grade 5 hex bolts through the rails. Arms are anchored by a high performance molded joint system giving you lasting durability and stability.
Upholstery:
IDEON manufacturing uses state of the art image processing software when cutting fabric which ensures more accurate pattern match and less waste than traditional cutting & sewing processes. A higher degree of tailoring and craftsmanship is achieved by adding a top stitch to all seams. And you can upholster each of them in all the same direction, different directions or even different fabrics with different directions.

LEED for Commercial Interiors |

• EQ Credit 4.5 – Low-Emitting Materials: System Furniture – This credit specifically references that all "System Furniture and Seating" shall be GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified.
• Credit 4.1 & 4.2 – To increase demand of building products incorporating recycled content materials and reducing the draw of virgin materials from the environment, LEED encourages the sum of post-consumer, plus one half the pre-consumer recycle content at the level of 10% for LEED-CI 4.1 and 20% for CI 4.2. Environmental Data Sheets, detailed documents declaring the percentage of recycling content are available below.
• MR Credit 5.1 – Regional Materials; in total, 20% of the combined value of the procurement of construction materials and in the furniture are manufactured within a radius of 500 miles. This credit will apply if the installation of the finished product occurs within 500 miles of Garden Grove, California.
